Are your products HSA-notified?

Yes! We are a registered business and all products are HSA notified. 

Are your products cruelty-free?

We only test our products on family and friends. We're 100% cruelty-free!

 

Payment Methods

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit/debit card, GrabPay, ShopBack or PayNow. Please indicate your Order Number in the note section if you select PayNow.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is the shipping fee?

Enjoy free doorstep delivery on all orders above S$75! For orders S$75 and below, doorstep delivery is available at a subsidised flat rate of S$3.50. 

Can I pick up my order?

Self-collection option is currently unavailable.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 working days.

When will I receive my order?

Your order should reach you within 1-2 working days after it has been shipped. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Where can I track my order?

You may track your order here. A tracking number will be provided via email when your order has been dispatched.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Do you accept product exchange or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, we apologise that we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
